1. A healthy diet in pregnancy

3. Sex during pregnancy

During pregnancy, if the pregnancy is normal and stable, sex will be completely safe and will not affect the baby.

In the intercourse throughout the whole normal pregnancy, the husband’s penis will not touch the fetus; his semen can’t go into the uterus because the cervix has a thick and viscous mucous membrane which can prevent bacteria and semen. When there is extreme pleasure, there will be many uterine contractions and the fetus also moves more powerfully without any harm.

On the other hand, if having sex properly also brings comfort and happiness to both your spouses. However, to ensure the safety of the baby during this time, the dad-to-be should not have strong actions and should avoid pressure on the belly and should not have sex for a long time.

Having sex close to the last pregnancy period also helps women become easier on labor. But in this stage, when having sex, the dad-to-be should not stimulate the chest of pregnant partner because it can cause more uterine contractions, leading to miscarriage and preterm labor.

4. Do exercise during pregnancy

5. Notes of health problems

With less resistance than usual, pregnant women become the objects of many viruses.

Sickness during pregnancy not only affects the health of mothers but can cause serious complications for babies if not treated appropriately. Pregnant women should not arbitrarily use any medication without their doctor’s permission. Ideally, to avoid the adverse effects of some diseases, pregnant mothers should be fully vaccinated before pregnancy.

Hormonal changes during pregnancy can cause inflammation and itches for your genitals. This is normal and you do not need to feel shy, so you should talk with your doctor for early treatments. If not treated appropriately, infection during pregnancy can reasonably cause urinary tract infection, stillbirth, premature birth, and even neonatal infections with high mortality rates.
